How to address mailers to businesses

If you're mailing a contact who works at a business, you'll want to include the company name. 

How to import business contacts

When importing contacts who work at a business, you'll want to map the following fields in Mailjoy:

• First name
• Last name
• Company

If you're only mailing businesses and don't know specific contact names, you'll need to at least map the fields:

• First name
• Company

For First name, you could use something like "Marketing" or "Business owner"

Customizing the address block

By default, the address block -- the block on the postcard's back side which includes your recipient, postage, and tracking barcode -- does not include company names. To turn this on, simply select "Include company name if it exists" on the back side of the postcard designer. Read more about here .
