Mailjoy is an easy to use tool to send personalized postcard campaigns. We believe that everyone should have access to a DIY tool to send mail as easily and effectively as email. There are no minimums or monthly plans to subscribe to. You'll simply use our pay as you go pricing for each mailer when you order a campaign.
Credit plans
Credit plans are a monthly subscription that includes a certain number of postcard credits -- which are more affordable than our pay as you go price! As long as you're on a credit plan, you'll get more postcard credits each month when your plan renews.

About the credits
Each month we'll deposit a number of postcard credits into your account for use in any targeted campaign. Each postcard size has its own credit plan which includes a set number of postcard credits for that size. This means you could have one credit plan for the 4x6 size which includes 100 monthly credits and another credit plan for the 11x6 size which includes 500 monthly credits. Plans with more included postcard credits equate to a lower cost per postcard.

Why would I want to upgrade to a monthly plan?
You'll save money on each postcard. By signing up for some of our higher volume plans, you'll save even more.
What if I don't use all my postcard credits in a month?
Nothing! They simply roll over to the next month.
What if I don't have enough credits for my next campaign before my plan renews?
You can either purchase more credits or simply pay for the difference at checkout when ordering a campaign. Both are at our pay as you go price so it's best to initially choose a plan that suits your volume.
Do I need separate credit plans for each postcard size?
Yes. Each postcard size has its own plan so you can choose how many postcard credits you want for that size.
How do I signup for a credit plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or renew your plan at any time in your account's plan page.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time by simply downgrading to the 'Pay as you go' plan. It's important to note that all remaining postcard credits will expire if you switch to 'Pay as you go' so be sure to use them before canceling.
