Letters: Upload your own design

If you already have your own artwork, you can easily upload it with Mailjoy. Be sure to refer to our in-depth guide on how to use our design template to ensure your dimensions are correct.

Note: Unlike postcard designs, uploaded letter designs must be in PDF format and can't be personalized.

1. When selecting a new template, click the Other tab

2. Select Upload your design.

3. Wait for the PDF to upload. Once it's done, your design is now applied. You can preview it by selecting View Proof.
